1. Two-week sprintWe start by finding where your business drops the ball on leads, messages and follow-up. Then we connect your email, calendar and supported customer list, measure the baseline, and train the owner and office staff. Plan on about seven hours of your time across two weeks, plus one 30-minute session for office staff.
2. Monthly AI Ops TeamAfter the sprint, the assistants keep running.

The monthly plan includes:

  • a daily digest with today's calendar;
  • follow-up watch;
  • inbox drafts for staff approval;
  • a weekly customer list check, with issues flagged for your team to fix;
  • a weekly scorecard;
  • tuning as your team uses it.

In return, we ask to measure the before and after numbers. If you are satisfied, we may ask for a short testimonial. You can decline the testimonial.

How much does the AI tool cost?

Usage is billed to your own AI account. You set a monthly limit, and each assistant has a daily cap. After the first week, we review the real usage together.

Do you need my passwords?

No. You sign in to your own accounts during setup. Tech Allies does not ask for or store your passwords.

What happens if I cancel?

The monthly plan is month to month. You can cancel with 30 days' notice. We remove access, and you keep your accounts and data.

How fast can this be set up?

The sprint is built for two weeks. We start with baseline measurement, then set up the first workflows and train your team.

Which CRMs do you work with?

We connect email and calendar and check whether your customer list is supported on the call. If it needs a new connection, we scope that during your paid setup; it adds time.
