Marketing for contractors, without the agency runaround.
The website, the local search work, the ads and the follow-up that answers a missed call. Built and run by the same small team, month to month, in your name.

Why the trades are different
Most of this is decided in the first two minutes.
The buying decision here is faster and less forgiving than almost any other kind of marketing.
Someone with water coming through a ceiling is not reading your About page. They search, they look at the map results, they glance at how many reviews you have, and they call. If nobody picks up, they call the next one. The whole decision is over in about two minutes, and it mostly happens on a phone.
That shapes what is worth doing. A fast site with your number in the header beats a beautiful one. A map listing with real reviews beats a clever tagline. Answering, or texting back within seconds when you cannot answer, beats both. Most of what agencies sell to contractors is aimed at the wrong part of that sequence.
Then there is the part nobody enjoys: a lot of trade marketing money goes to lead marketplaces that sell the same enquiry to several companies at once. It works, in the sense that the phone rings. It also means competing on price with your neighbours for a customer you never own. Building your own source of work is slower and it keeps paying.
Seasonality is real too. Heating searches move with the first cold snap and roofing moves after a storm. The work is to be in place before the season, not to start building in the middle of it.
How it starts
A call, a written price, then the build.
What the work is
What we actually do.
All of it under your name, and all of it in one place so nobody can point at anybody else.
- A site with a real page per trade you sell, because a furnace call and a drain call are different searches
- Local search work: the map listing, the service areas you cover, and the reviews that feed both
- Google and Meta ads when you need work this month, pointed at a page that matches the ad
- A missed call that texts back on its own, because the second-best plumber is the one who answers
- Quotes chased until the customer replies, without anyone remembering to do it
- Review requests at the end of the job, and a reply to every review that arrives
- One page a month in plain English: calls, jobs booked, what we changed

Start with the free review.
Send us the site you have. You get a written review with annotated screenshots, up to three priorities, and what we could not check from outside. Free, and yours to keep either way.

Where should we look?
Takes about a minute. A real person replies by the next business day.
Do you only work with contractors?
Mostly, and the trades above are where we spend most of our time. The pattern is the same for any business where somebody has a problem, searches, and calls the first outfit that looks like it will turn up. Med spas and dental practices work the same way.
Is this better than buying leads?
It is a different thing. A lead marketplace sells the same enquiry to three or four of you, so you are paying to compete on price with your neighbours, and you own none of it. This builds something that keeps producing after you stop paying for it. Most owners we talk to want to reduce what they spend on marketplaces rather than drop them overnight, and that is a reasonable way to do it.
My work is seasonal. Does that matter?
It changes the timing, not the plan. Heating searches spike with the first cold snap and roofing spikes after a storm, so the work is to have the site, the map listing and the follow-up already in place before the season rather than scrambling in the middle of it. Ads can be turned up and down with the season. The rest should not be.
I already miss calls when I am on a roof. Will this help?
That is usually the fastest fix available. A missed call that sends a text back within seconds keeps the job alive until you are down and free, and it costs nothing extra once the follow-up system is running. A lot of what looks like a marketing problem is really an answering problem.
What does it cost?
The plan is $500 a month, no setup fee, month to month. That covers the site, the local search work, social posts and the follow-up system. Ad budget is separate and it is paid straight to Google or Meta, not to us.
Who owns the work?
You do. The domain, the site, the ad accounts and the customer list are in your name, and there is a written handover. We are an admin you can remove.
