Common questions

Before you ask for a sample.

If your question isn’t here, call 636-328-7944 and ask.

Is this a lead list?

No. These are public signals, dated and sourced. You decide who to contact. We do not contact anyone for you.

Do you promise jobs?

No. We do not promise jobs or customers. Reports go out every Monday morning. If one is late, we tell you and send it as soon as it is ready. Every signal has a source. If a source link stops working or does not show what the row says, tell us within 7 days and we replace it within 2 business days, or credit it if no replacement exists that week.

Do you include phone numbers?

No. A report does not include consumer phone numbers.

How are signals found?

They come from public sources: government records, public notices, job postings, and event listings. Each signal is checked against its source before the report goes out.

What does one subscriber per business type per county mean?

One business holds the report for a business type in a county. Another business of the same type in that county does not share it. A different business type in the same county can still subscribe. If your business type is already taken in your county when you sign up, we tell you within 1 business day and refund the payment in full. We can decline any business, and we do not serve solar companies.

How do I cancel?

From the billing link in your receipt, or the manage-your-plan link on this page, any time. Access runs to the end of the period you paid for. There is no contract.

How do refunds work?

The first month is refunded on request within 30 days. Reply to your receipt email, or use the contact address on this site. A refund ends the subscription.
