What does Tech Allies do?

We run the marketing and the systems behind it for service businesses nationwide: websites, local SEO and AI search optimization, paid advertising, reputation management, social content, and CRM and follow-up, plus custom software when something off-the-shelf doesn't fit. One small team builds and runs all eight services, so the site, the search work, the ads and the follow-up are built to work together. Everything we deliver is in your name.

Who is behind Tech Allies?

Tech Allies is run by two partners, Thomas Dombrowski and Joshua Hayeslip, and we're the people you actually reach when you call. The same small team builds the site, does the search work, writes the posts and sets up the follow-up, so nothing gets handed to someone you've never spoken to. There's no call center and no account manager in between.

Where is Tech Allies based, and who do you serve?

We're based in Wentzville, Missouri, and work with service businesses across the United States, not only locally. Most of our clients aren't near Wentzville, and calls, ads and reports don't depend on either side's location. We mainly serve trades and home-service companies (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, remodeling, landscaping, cleaning, pest control) along with other local service businesses such as dental practices and law offices.

What services do you offer?

Eight services, split into two groups. Marketing covers websites, SEO, AI search optimization, paid advertising, reputation management and social content. Systems covers CRM and follow-up, plus custom software for anything off-the-shelf software doesn’t fit, and all eight are listed with details on the services page.

How does pricing work?

There's one plan: $500 a month, no setup fee, month to month. It includes the website build, local search work every month, four social posts a month and the core follow-up system. Usage on texting, calls and email is billed separately at cost, with the rates in writing before you pay, and ads management, ad spend and custom software are quoted separately in writing before any work starts.

How long does a website or a campaign take?

On the plan, a website of up to seven pages targets ten business days from the day we have payment, access and your completed intake, subject to our calendar, and we confirm the date before you pay; a bigger quoted build gets its own date in the written scope. Paid ad campaigns don't run to a fixed day count: we launch with a budget you're comfortable with and watch it daily, cutting what isn't turning into calls early.

How do the CRM and Meta ads work together?

Our follow-up system runs on a platform we've operated for years, set up as a separate account under your own business name with your phone number and customer list, and your contacts and conversations stay exportable. Meta is used separately for paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, run through your own Meta Business Manager account so the ad account stays in your name, with us working as the manager, not the owner. Both connect into the same monthly report, so leads and bookings show up against the channel that produced them.

What results should I expect?

Nobody honest can promise a specific number of rankings or leads, and we won't either. What you get instead is a report every month, in plain English, that says what we did, what it cost, what came in and what we're changing next. The free website review works the same way: a written list of priorities and what we couldn't verify from outside, not a sales pitch dressed up as a promise.

Who actually does the work?

We do. Design, build, ads and the follow-up systems aren't outsourced or handed to a contractor, and whoever built or set up a piece of your account is the person who answers when you call about it.

How do I start?

Two ways: request the free website review, a written review with annotated screenshots and up to three priorities, or go straight to contact and start a project. Either way a real person replies by the next business day, not a form queue, and you can also just call the number on this page.
