SMS terms.

Effective September 5, 2026

The short version

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Who sends the messages

Messages come from Tech Allies at 636-328-7944. That is the same number you can call and the same number you can text back.

How you opt in

There are three ways, and all of them start with you:

  • You check the text message box on a form on this site or on one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram. The box is never checked for you, and we do not check it on your behalf.
  • You text us first, at the number above.
  • You call us and we cannot pick up. We may send one text back about that call. STOP works on it like any other message.

Agreeing to text messages is not a condition of buying anything from us. If you would rather not get texts, leave the box alone and we will call or email instead. Sending a form without checking the box lets us reply to your request by phone or email. It does not opt you in to any texts, and giving us your number on its own is not consent.

What we send, and how often

Replies to what you asked about, a confirmation when we receive a request, a short follow-up if we cannot reach you, one text back if you call us and we cannot pick up, and appointment reminders if you book a call. These are non-marketing messages about your request and your appointments. If you become a client, onboarding messages and updates about your plan are sent under the consent you give at checkout, in the same non-marketing category. We do not send marketing texts, and if we ever want to we will ask for that with a separate box. Message frequency varies with what you asked for and where a conversation gets to. There is no fixed number per month and we do not run a daily or weekly blast.

What it costs

We do not charge for messages. Your mobile carrier may. Message and data rates may apply, and how they apply depends on your plan, so check with your carrier if you are not sure.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message and the messages stop. You can also tell us to stop in any other reasonable way: reply with any clear request to stop, call us, or email us. We honor a request to stop within ten business days of receiving it, and in practice much faster. After you opt out we may send one final message confirming that you are unsubscribed.

Stopping texts does not cancel anything else. We can still call or email you about work in progress unless you ask us to stop that too.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message, or call 636-328-7944, or email josh@techallies.co. A person answers.

Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages depend on the network your carrier runs and on your device, and neither we nor your carrier can promise every message arrives or arrives on time. If something looks like it went missing, call us.

Your number and your privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do give your number to the phone and messaging providers that carry our messages, because that is the only way a message can reach you. Everything else about how we handle your information is in our privacy policy.

Eligibility

You need to be at least 18 and the person who normally uses the number you give us, or authorized to agree for the business that uses it. If your number changes or stops being yours, tell us so we stop texting whoever has it next.

Changes

If we change these terms we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
