One plan. $500 a month. No setup fee.

A website built for you, local search work every month, social posts from your job photos, and a follow-up system so inquiries do not fall through. Month to month. What you get, what it costs, what is not in it and what happens if you leave, all on this page.

What you get

Everything on this list. We set it up.

Built in the first weeks and kept running after that. The same people do all of it.

A website, built for youUp to seven pages: home, about, services, two priority service pages, a service-area page and contact. Written from a structured intake, built in code on your domain, click-to-call in the header, an inquiry form and basic analytics. Two rounds of changes before launch. Gather your notes and send them together each round.
Hosting and upkeepWe host the site, keep it patched and keep the form working for as long as you are on the plan.
Local search at launchTitles and descriptions, clear service and area information, internal links, a sitemap, Search Console where we have access, and one eligible Google Business Profile set up or corrected.
One search improvement a monthWe check crawling, indexing and your profile, then do the one thing most worth doing: a stronger service page, a profile fix, a listing cleanup or internal links. The monthly note says what changed and why.
Four social posts a monthWritten from your job photos and details, adapted to Facebook and Instagram where both are connected, up to eight placements. You approve them in one batch.
Every inquiry in one placeWebsite forms land with your contacts and one sales pipeline, and your team is notified when something comes in. If you run Facebook or Instagram lead ads, those forms connect too.
Follow-up you approveNew inquiries get a reply and a short follow-up you have signed off. Then it stops.
Missed-call text backMiss a call and the caller gets a text back, after carrier registration and setup, unless they have opted out. The text comes from a number on our system. If you want that to be the number on your trucks, that number moves onto our system and moves out again if you leave, which takes time. We go through that before you sign.
A booking calendarCustomers pick a time from a link. Reminders go out before the appointment.
Small site changesUp to 30 minutes of small changes a month: hours, a photo swap, a paragraph, a new team member. Unused time does not roll over.
One place to get helpOne way to reach us, and an answer by the next business day.
One page a monthWhat we did, what came in where we can see it, what needs attention, and what we change next, written so you can read it in the truck.

What is not in it.

Written down so the price means what it says. Each of these is quoted separately, in writing, if you want it.

Usage on your business number and emailTexts, calls, email sending, the phone number and the carrier fees for business texting are billed separately from the $500, at what they cost us, nothing added, so a shop that texts every customer is not paying for one that does not. You see the rates and how they are billed in writing with your scope, before you pay. Nothing is switched on until you say yes.
Ad spend and running your adsIf you want Google, Local Services or Meta ads, we quote that separately and the spend goes on your card in your own accounts.
Custom softwareQuoted as its own project with its own written scope. You keep the code.
An AI receptionist or AI text agentAvailable as a quoted add-on once the plan is running.
Review requests, estimates, invoices and text-to-payThe core follow-up setup is in the plan. These are quoted as add-ons once it is running.
Pages beyond the sevenExtra pages, extra locations, online stores, customer portals and other languages get a written price before we build them.
Photography, video production and printYour crew takes the photos. We do the rest.
Daily posting and comment repliesFour posts a month is the scope. Community management, original filming and paid boosts are separate.
Answering your customers for youThe inbox is yours to reply from. The automations cover the first reply and the follow-up you approved. A person still prices the job and closes it.
Other companies' subscriptionsYour domain registration, email accounts and field software stay on your card.
Getting reviews removedIf one breaks the platform rules we will say so. Nobody can promise removal.
Texting a list you upload without documented consentYour business is the sender of record. We set up consent capture, and we only text people who agreed to hear from you.
Custom legal pagesTemplate privacy, terms and text-messaging pages come with the site, because carrier registration for business texting needs them. You review and approve them; drafting your own legal terms is not included.
Rush turnaroundSmall changes are done in the order they arrive, with a reply by the next business day. Same-day changes are not something the plan promises.

Getting started

How the first weeks go.

The site and the follow-up system are built side by side. The pieces that text switch on after carrier registration and setup.

Day oneYour payment clears, then a kickoff call and a short intake form. We collect your logo, job photos, your services and areas, and access to your domain, Google Business Profile and Facebook page. Carrier registration for business texting is filed once the intake gives us what the carrier asks for. The usage rates and the billing method were in your scope before you paid.
Access and intakeThe build clock starts when we have payment, access and the completed intake. If something is missing we tell you what, and the schedule waits for it.
The buildWe write the pages from your intake and build the site. Alongside it we set up the follow-up system: contacts, one pipeline, the calendar, inquiry capture and the messages you approve. The pieces that text switch on after carrier registration and setup. Until then new inquiries get an email and a task.
Two rounds of changesYou see the site on your phone. Two rounds of changes, your notes sent together each round, then you approve it.
LaunchThe site goes live on your domain, the local search baseline is done, and the first four posts are scheduled. Our target is ten business days from the day we have payment, access and the completed intake, subject to our calendar. We confirm the start date before you pay.
Every month afterOne search improvement, four posts, small changes, the follow-up running, and the one-page note.

What you own

What is yours, and what is a subscription.

Your data and the site we deliver are yours. The software it all runs on is not something anyone can hand you. Here is the line, in plain words, and it is in the agreement.

Your domain, your content, your photos and logoRegistered to you. They stay yours.
Your Google Business Profile and ad accountsYou are the owner. We are a manager you can remove.
Your business dataYour contacts and pipeline as an export, plus the conversation history we are able to export, while you are on the plan and when you leave.
The website we deliverThe site files are yours, kept in a code account in your name that you can remove us from. No handover fee. If you leave, within five business days of your request we move the site to hosting in your name and point your domain at it, so the site stays up through the move. Before you sign we tell you what a new host would charge, if anything.
What is a subscriptionHosting, the follow-up software, the number we set up and the tools we license are month to month like the plan and stop when it stops. Nothing else. We go through the move with you before you sign.

The deal

The whole deal, in writing.

No long contract. No fine print that changes the price. This list is the summary. The versioned scope you accept at checkout is the agreement.

$500 a monthBilled to your card the day you start and on that date each month after. Sales tax is added where your state requires it.
No setup feeThe build is inside the monthly price.
Month to monthCancel any time with one email to billing@techallies.co, or from the billing portal link in your welcome email. The plan runs until your next billing date, then stops. No more charges. No cancellation fee, no notice period.
When you leaveYour data exports, the site files are yours, the subscriptions stop. The details are under What you own, above.
Usage at cost, nothing addedTexting, calls, email sending, the business number and the carrier fees for business texting are billed separately from the $500 at what they cost us. We make nothing on usage. The rates and the billing method are in the scope you accept at checkout. Nothing is switched on until you say yes, and nothing else is billed outside the $500 unless you asked for it in writing.
What the agreement isA versioned scope document you accept at checkout and we keep with your order: this page with a version number on it, plus the billing terms. If this page changes later, your version does not.
No promises of rankings or lead countsWe promise the work. The monthly note shows it.
A start date in writingWe confirm your start date against our calendar before you pay. When the calendar is full you get a written start date, not a waitlist.
If a payment failsWe tell you and retry for two weeks. After that the plan pauses until it clears. Nothing is deleted.
Price changes30 days notice in writing, and you can cancel before one takes effect.

Common questions

The questions owners ask before they say yes.

If your question isn’t here, call 636-459-4620 and ask.

Is there a setup fee?

No. $500 a month is the price. Usage on your business number and email (texts, calls, email sending, the number and carrier registration) is billed separately at what it costs us, nothing added, and you see the rates in writing before you pay. There is no setup fee, no cancellation fee and no handover fee.

How do you make money at $500 with no setup fee?

The build costs us more than the first month pays. We earn it back over the months you stay, so this only works for us if it keeps working for you. That is why there is no long contract.

Who answers my phone?

You do. When you cannot, the system texts the caller back from the number on our system, after carrier registration and setup and where the caller has not opted out, and puts the conversation in your inbox for your team. An AI receptionist that answers and books for you is a quoted add-on, not part of the $500.

What counts as a small change?

A phone number, hours, a photo swap, a paragraph, a new team member. Up to 30 minutes a month. A new page or a new section is quoted flat.

How do I start?

Send the form. We reply by the next business day to set a 20-minute call. After the call you get a written start date, the scope in writing with a version number on it, and a checkout link. Payment starts the clock. If you took the free review first, it becomes the punch list for the build.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, with one email to billing@techallies.co or from the billing portal link in your welcome email. The plan runs until your next billing date, then stops. No more charges. No cancellation fee, no notice period, nothing to sign.

How fast is the site live?

Our target is ten business days from the day we have payment, access and your completed intake, subject to our calendar. Usually the wait is for content and access. A target is not a promise, and we tell you the date we are working to before you pay.

We already use software for scheduling and invoices.

Keep it. The follow-up system handles the inquiry before it becomes a job: the first reply, the booking and the follow-up you approved. If your software can connect, we connect it. If not, the two sit side by side.

What do I keep if I leave?

Your domain, content, photos, logo, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, your contacts and pipeline as an export, plus the conversation history we are able to export. The delivered site is yours; the files sit in a code account in your name. If you leave, within five business days of your request we move the site to hosting in your name and point your domain at it, so it stays up through the move. The follow-up software, the number we set up and the tools we license are subscriptions, so they end with the plan. Before you sign we walk you through what exports, what ports and how the move works.

Do you run my ads?

Not in this plan. If you want Google, Local Services or Meta ads, we quote that separately and the spend goes on your card in your own accounts.

I already have a website I like.

We look at it first, then rebuild it inside the plan: up to seven pages, same domain, your words, your look where it works. Your old site stays up until you approve the new one.

Is texting extra?

Yes, at what it costs us, nothing added. Texts, calls, email sending, the business number, carrier registration and any recurring carrier fees are billed separately from the $500. The rates and how they are billed are in your scope before you pay. We keep usage out of the $500 so a shop that texts every customer is not paying for one that does not.

Do you promise rankings or leads?

No. Nobody honest can. We promise the work, and the one-page note every month shows what was done and what came in where we can see it.

What do you need from me?

Your logo, job photos, a list of services and areas, and access to your domain and Google profile. After launch, a few photos from a job each month, a few minutes to approve the posts in one batch, and a reply when we send a page for review. If something confuses you, that is our problem to fix, not yours.

Is my kind of business a fit?

Home and property services are the fit: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, remodeling, landscaping, cleaning, pest control and trades like them. Dental, medical and law offices need a different setup. Ask us.

One plan

One price. One team. One number to call.

Tell us about the business you are running. If the plan fits, you get a written start date. If something needs a separate quote, we say so before you commit.
