One team. One number. Everything under your name.

We run the marketing and build the systems behind it. You call one number, and the person who built the thing is the person who answers about it.

How we work

Why one team does both.

A small team does all of it, and the same people do it every time.

Most owners have a web guy and a marketing guy who blame each other. Here it is the same people, so the site, the search, the ads and the follow-up are built to work together, and the accounts are in your name.

The website, the search work and the follow-up are built by the same people, so they are built to work together. The person who set up your follow-up is the person you call about it. No call center, no account manager, no hand-off.

Tech Allies is run by two partners, Thomas Dombrowski and Joshua Hayeslip. They are the people you actually reach when you call.

Based in Wentzville, Missouri. Working with service businesses across the U.S. A real team means people you can reach, not one city.

Plain-English reporting

You can read it without calling us to explain it.

One page a monthFour sections: what we did, what it cost, what came in, what we’re changing next.
Readable in the truckIf you can’t read it in the truck, we rewrite it.

No mystery

The price, the accounts and the results are all in front of you.

Quotes in writingEvery quote in writing before work starts.
Everything in your nameYou own the domain, the delivered site, the ad accounts, the profile, your data and any software we build for you. In the agreement. The subscriptions it runs on are explained before you sign.
Bad news firstIf it isn’t working, we say so first.

What we won’t do.

Reporting

One page a month. Four questions.

Four questions, answered in words you can read in the truck. If you can’t, we rewrite it.

The shape of the monthly report. Example lines; yours will be about your business.

The deal

A price and a date, in writing.

No long contracts. The plan is month to month, build included.

A written scopeThe versioned scope you accept at checkout is the agreement, and the plan page summarizes it. Anything outside it, ads, custom software or an AI agent, is quoted separately, in writing, before any work starts.
The planOne plan, $500 a month, no setup fee. The website build, the local search work, the posts and the follow-up system are all inside it.
Month to monthCancel any time and the plan runs through the end of the month you paid for. Ad spend is billed to your card in your own accounts. Texting, calls and email are usage, billed separately, with the rates and the billing method confirmed before anything is switched on.

What you own

The list, in writing.

Every item below is yours, and it’s in the agreement. Hosting, the follow-up software and numbers we set up are subscriptions that end with the plan, and we explain the transfer before you sign. We are an admin you can remove.

  • Your domain and DNS
  • The site we deliver, in a repository under your account
  • Google Ads and Meta Business Manager
  • Google Business Profile, with you as primary owner
  • Analytics, Search Console and Tag Manager
  • Your contacts, conversations and pipeline, as an export
  • The phone number you already use
  • Custom software: code, repository and accounts
  • Every note and file we send you
  • Your reviews and your listings

If you leave, your data and your site go with you. If we do our job, you won’t want to.

Common questions

A few useful answers before we talk.

If your question isn’t here, call 636-328-7944 and ask.

Who does the work?

The people you talk to. The same small team builds the site, does the search work, writes the posts and sets up the follow-up, and everyone answers the same number. Nothing gets handed to someone you have never spoken to.

We're not tech people.

You don't need to be. We set everything up, show your team the two or three things they'll actually touch, and write it down. If something confuses you, that's our problem to fix, not yours.

Do you work with businesses outside your state?

Yes. Most of our clients are not near us. Calls, ads and reports don't care where we sit, and you get the same people either way.

Do you outsource?

No. Design, build, ads and systems are done by the same small team you talk to on the phone.

We've had direct access promised before.

Try it. Call the number on this page and see who picks up.
